These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your use of the NestFi web application, mobile web application, and any related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by NestFi ("NestFi", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with (or cannot comply with) the Terms, then you may not use the Service.
You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) and capable of entering into a legally binding contract to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
To access certain features, you must create an account using a valid email address or a supported single-sign-on provider (for example, Google). Your credentials are securely managed through Firebase Authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for all activities that occur under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, you must notify us immediately.
NestFi allows you to store budgets, wallet balances, transaction notes, categories, and other personal-finance information ("Content"). You retain full ownership of your Content. By uploading or entering Content you grant NestFi a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, back up, display, and otherwise process the Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. We do not sell your Content to third parties.
You acknowledge that NestFi is not a bank, broker-dealer, financial adviser, or tax advisor. All insights and calculations provided by the Service are for informational purposes only and should not be construed as professional advice. Always consult a qualified professional before making financial decisions.

The Service may display advertisements (e.g., Google AdSense) and links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by NestFi. We have no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Your interactions with those services are governed by their own terms.
The Service and all its original content, features, and functionality (excluding your Content) are and will remain the exclusive property of NestFi and its licensors. The NestFi name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of NestFi. You may not use them without our prior written consent.
NestFi uses progressive-web-app technology to provide limited offline functionality. While we strive for uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee that the Service will always be available, secure, or error-free, or that any Content will be preserved without loss.
We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including but not limited to Intellectual Property, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, and Governing Law) shall survive.
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall NestFi, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any Content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or Content.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless NestFi and its affiliates, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from your use of and access to the Service or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where NestFi is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in that jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
